This handcrafted Truffle Gin was created as a celebration of the New Zealand Truffle Industry. It is infused with Perigord Black Truffles and an array of Complementary herbs, including Sage, Basil and Oregano; Resulting in a beautifully balanced savoury Gin.
Available in 700ml bottles, 47% abv.
- Appearance : Clear, water white colour
- Nose : Clean with light intensity, earthy forest floor notes complimented with hints of sage, thyme and other herbs
- Palate : Dry with a smooth texture and medium flavour intensity. The subtle, earthy truffle flavours are perfectly balanced by sage, thyme and basil.
- Finish : Medium complex finish.
