This is our flagship product and won us a gold medal in the 2021 New Zealand Spirits awards, and a Silver medal in the 2023 London Spirits awards. A contemporary dry style gin, Eliza’s Claim Gold Gin combines 13 botanicals and gold flakes resulting in a pale golden colour.
- Appearance : Clear, pale gold colour
- Nose : Clean with medium intensity, Notes of Rosemary, citrus, ginger, liquorice cinnamon and manuka honey
- Palate : Dry with mouth filling texture and pronounced flavour intensity. Rosemary and honey upfront, juniper, cinamon, and liquorice follow creating a flavour sensation on the palate
- Finish : Lingering, complex, spicy finish.
