A contemporary style gin with a deep ruby red colour, Elizas’ Claim Ruby Gin is the softest of the Elizas Claim range. Ruby is less juniper forward than her two sisters, this allows the floral notes of the Hibiscus to come to the fore resulting in a gentle, flavoursome sipping experience.

- Palate : Dry with a smooth texture and pronounced flavour intensity. Juniper and hibiscus combine for a gentle taste sensation.
