Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If your order arrives in poor condition or damaged in any way please contact us immediately and we will put it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We love our products, but note that the taste of spirits and liqueurs is subjective and as such we can not offer returns for any products that do not meet your expectations in terms of taste or aroma.
